​Inside the Medicine Wheel

The Medicine Wheel is an Ancient Circle.  Too many Indigenous Tribes called the Sacred Hoop. These hoops of ancestral healing embody the Cycles of Life/Death. This being one of the lost maps of ancient rituals broken into four quatrains. The Indigenous live these four quatrains inside "The Four Winds” most commonly known, today, as the Four Directions:

East
South
West
North

Today, in our collective state of universal uncertainty with war, natural disasters and the COVID crisis, more then ever before, our Humanity is in dyer need of direction, a sacred navigation on how to return to more respectful ways to be among Land/Animals and honor the flowing rhythms within the Natural World. The circles and cycles of life/death inside the Medicine Wheel educate our colonized mind, body, spirit to remember the Medicine Wheel and recall three important teachings of this Primal Map:
